Being an artiste is not easy as what I had expected during my childhood. However, the result of a great artiste is what most people has ever dream of, like fame, wealth and reputation. Like any of the superstars in the music industry, they have gone through numerous hardships which was not shown to the public, just like Elson师兄.

After my boss had spent time discussing about Elson with me, I had finally realised what was expected of being a superstar in the music industry. An example is my senior Elson. Elson is a great role model to me, not just his character, his speech ability, singing techniques, politeness and braveness is a great example of being a good artiste. As what we observe today ,his years of training in Royal had finally achieve the results.

As for me, I had gone through trainings just like Elson, but not as tough as compared to his. On my usual routine, I has to be awake before the time strikes two o clock during the midnight. The time for keeping myself awake is to complete my revisions and homework. As every time after a showcase or lesson outside, my boss will always bring me around to meet sponsors, provide me tuition personally, or teaches me some skills to survive in the music industry. So, it will be almost twelve every time I had return home.

Though it has been a tiring process throughout, but my dream is to become an artiste and I have never thought of giving up easily. My boss had also told me before, only the strongest survive as well as time wait for no one. These two reasons are sufficient enough to motivate me even further, boosting my morale to study even harder and manage my work efficiently as well. In addition, it has always been a wonderful time with boss and my seniors, they are just like family to me. Being able to join Royal, it was the greatest achievement I had currently. I have learn many things and gone through experiences that my classmates had never even experience before, like learning responsibility, respect, care, integrity, etc. Though my school teaches me values like that, but I have learn it much better when in royal.

In summation, I want tol be able to achieve the result as what Elson had did today and I will work hard no matter how much obstacles in my way.
